What does this test cover?

The S-Corporations Tax Test assesses knowledge expected of a Senior Tax Associate in the knowledge skills required for Preparation of S-Corp and associated individual returns.

This test assesses competency at the level of Senior Tax Associate.

Implications of S-Corp elections - what are the issues that arise with an S-Corp election with comparisons to other entities.

S-Corp tax returns and issues - practical preparation issues for S-Corp returns and showing a working understanding of how information flows and common issues that arise.  The test doesn't cover issues the tax software will do. 

Issues for Pass Through Entities and Owners - questions that deal with common tax issues that preparers have to deal with for pass through entities like S-Corps and personal returns of their owners.

The test includes 40 questions, with a time limit of 40 minutes.
