The Accounting MOVE Project is the only annual benchmarking research and advocacy report that equips accounting and advisory firms to detect, develop and drive competitive advantages from people initiatives and trends. This research will quantify attrition’s financial impact, identify retention barriers, and equip firms with actionable strategies to build sustainable, people-centered cultures.
