New Testing Platform

 

A new testing experience!

Our upgraded testing platform, provides an improved candidate experience, better reporting for those hiring, the addition of remote proctoring, and enhanced data security. 

While the website and purchase process remains the same, you may notice some changes to the testing environment and reports.

Here’s how things will look:

  

Purchasing Tests

The purchase experience on the website will stay the same. Simple choose your test(s), add them to the cart, enter your details at the checkout, and everything you need will be delivered to your inbox.

 

Receiving Test Links and Instructions

You’ll receive your purchase emails as normal, but take note of some important updates:

  • Order Confirmationkeep your order number handy, it will help you find your purchases on the testing platform
  • Test Links – along with test links, there is a new template available to forward important information to your candidates
  • Testing Platform Access – contains a link for all first-time users to create an account, no matter how many tests you’ve purchased in the past. To access the new platform for the first time, follow the instructions in your Report Access email.

 

 

Accessing Reports

Once your candidate has completed their test you will receive a Report Notification.

  1. Click on the link provided in the email
  2. Log in to the testing platform
  3. Your report will automatically download to your device. Please store securely.

Note – if it is the first time accessing a report on the new platform, please create an account before attempting to access. To do this, follow the instructions in your Report Access email.

We recommend you bookmark the testing platform and keep your login details handy if you use Accountests regularly.

 

Interpreting Reports

You’ll notice that the reports have had an upgrade. Don’t worry – the reports still provide all the same content and value, only the presentation has been updated.
